CLIENT VISION
Westerville City Schools wished to purchase the building on Eastwind Drive and
convert it into the central offices for the district (2nd Floor) and their Pre-K facilities
(1st Floor).

GENERAL SCOPE
We provided architectural and design services for the project from preliminary,
feasibility stages through construction.

We love the space. It is so nice to have an environment that the kids engage with that brings excitement and learning to life”

Suzanne Kile

Preschool Director

CHALLENGES THAT WERE OVERCOME
The district needed to pass a bond issue to purchase the building, but it was likely
it was going to be sold fast on the market. Triad formed our development arm and
purchased the building with a plan for the district to purchase it back if they passed
their bond issue. The district passed their bond issue and Triad sold it to the district
at a pre-agreed price.
