CLIENT VISION
United Schools Network wished to create learning environments that matched the excellent education that they provide to the attending students.
GENERAL SCOPE
Triad developed a comprehensive capital improvements plan with the school system. Our team developed compelling graphic information to help the school raise funds and receive grants to upgrade their buildings. The upgrades, in turn, provided the additional space needed for additional program opportunities.
“
We couldn’t be more enthusiastic about referring them (Triad) to any potential client who is looking for an architect that is not only technically proficient but who is also passionate about their clients and the communities they serve.”

CHALLENGES THAT WERE OVERCOME
USN made the decision to acquire old school buildings to utilize for their schools. This was smart in that it did not require a lot of capital to get the buildings back up and running. However, the limitation of this strategy was that these buildings all had years of deferred maintenance.
