PSMJ Circle of Excellence Award
If you’re familiar with Triad, you know that we’re celebrating 25 years of full-service architecture, construction, facility management, and real estate development. And we’ve just added to our list of reasons to celebrate.
Recently, PSMJ Resources Inc. named Triad a top-performing architecture firm for 2022. PSMJ is an organization focused on improving the business performance of architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) organizations worldwide, and – for more than a decade – its Circle of Excellence award has set the standard for high-performing A/E/C organizations.
PSMJ’s Circle of Excellence award is designed to recognize firms that are successfully managed, based on 13 key performance metrics that demonstrate outstanding achievements. From staff turnover rate to accounts receivable collection days, these metrics evaluate everything from employee satisfaction to customer satisfaction and everything in between.
Award winners aren’t limited by size, location or niche. And our inclusion in the list is testament to our attitude and work ethic from our days as a scrappy, young firm through our 25th anniversary celebration. In many ways, we’ve long thought of ourselves as the Apple to the industry’s IBM; so, this award feels particularly validating.
This year’s Circle of Excellence recognizes only 65 firms across North America, proving that we’re one of the nation’s best. In our home state of Ohio, we are one of only two firms to receive the award.
In our silver anniversary year, we’re especially proud to be recognized as a leader among leaders and – as Frank A. Stasiowski, FAIA, Founder and CEO of PSMJ Resources says – one of the top-performing firms that “think and act differently from the rest of the pack to achieve extraordinary business performance.”
