CLIENT VISION
The district wanted to create a more inspirational space for their at risk students
that were housed in modulars. The resultant design is a space that has the aesthetic of
an modern office, fit with all the trimmings including a coffee bar, to show students
what their future could be like. The classroom spaces were flexible to allow for
traditional lecture, self-directed learning, group learning, and project-based
learning.

GENERAL SCOPE
We provided architectural and design services for the project from preliminary,
feasibility stages through construction.

Imagine a place, a space that is yours. A place that makes you feel wanted and loved.."

CHALLENGES THAT WERE OVERCOME
The district wanted to inspire students that many had given up on. The success of
this effort was best put in a quote by one of the students, “This place is amazing. I
feel wanted. I feel loved.”
