CLIENT VISION

The district desired to attach the new middle school to the existing Depp Elementary school on the same site to create efficiencies in shared services, such as, a shared kitchen.

We were responsible for exterior building envelope design.

CHALLENGES THAT WERE OVERCOME

Construction of the middle school overlapped the construction of the elementary school. The district then elected to use a different contractor for the middle school. This required special planning and coordination efforts between the design team, the owner, and the multiple contractors on-site.
