The organization needed to add a new middle school, the Midnimo Cross Cultural Middle School, alongside the existing Cesar Chavez elementary. The elementary also needed renovation. Modular construction was the only approach that could deliver a permanent new middle school within the budget and timeline. While the new middle school was being built, the existing Cesar Chavez elementary was renovated to address its own deficiencies. The school managed both projects simultaneously, with Triad coordinating design and construction across both to deliver on budget and on schedule. Unforeseen conditions in the existing elementary were planned for, with protections in the budget ensuring that surprises did not affect the new construction.

The Midnimo Cross Cultural Middle School is a permanent facility that was delivered within the budget and schedule conventional construction could not meet.
