CLIENT VISION
For our very first project with the Catholic Diocese of Columbus, the goal was to develop comprehensive documentation for their central campus — including a six-story office building, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and the bishop’s residences. The Diocese needed a trusted partner who could provide both architectural expertise and practical facility insight.

OUR APPROACH
Through Triad Facility Solutions, we brought a solution-focused mindset grounded in our architectural foundation. With limited funding available, we worked closely with the Diocese to prioritize scope, control costs, and deliver services within their budget. The documentation we produced became a valuable tool for future planning, maintenance, and reconfiguration efforts across their facilities.

ONGOING SUPPORT
Our relationship has since grown to include annual inspection support, as-built documentation, and facility services for renovation and maintenance projects. Acting as both a facility management resource and owner’s representative, we continue to support the Diocese in maintaining and improving their facilities with clarity, care, and strategic foresight.
