CLIENT VISION
St. Charles Preparatory Academy has undertaken a long-term master plan to provide unique, state of the art, leading-edge facilities to ensure the education of the whole student: academic, fitness, creative, and spiritual.
GENERAL SCOPE
We have provided design services to add athletic facilities, robotics facilities, and mentoring facilities to the existing campus. We have also instituted renovation to the theater, media center, chapel, and science labs to refresh and update the facilities to be attractive, flexible, and functional. We have completed a master plan to add a new gymnasium/convocation center, learning resource center, performing arts center, exterior courtyard, and landscape improvements. Currently construction is under way for the students’ new convocation center.

CHALLENGES THAT WERE OVERCOME
Being a landlocked campus, adding facilities is difficult. To facilitate the addition of a new robotics center, mentoring center, and auxiliary gym, we assisted the school in evaluating and acquiring an adjacent parcel of land for these new facilities.
