Triad partnered with Reynoldsburg City Schools to transform the serving area at Summit High School into a modern, efficient, and student-centered dining environment through a $1 million renovation focused on improving flow, visibility, and the overall dining experience.

The existing cafeteria and serving lines were dated, congested, and limited in their ability to support contemporary food service models. Triad reimagined the space to create a welcoming, open marketplace-style environment that enhances both functionality and aesthetics. The renovated serving area introduces clearly defined food stations, upgraded display and warming equipment, and improved circulation paths that reduce bottlenecks and allow students to move efficiently through the space during peak lunch periods. Bright, durable finishes and bold graphic elements were incorporated to reinforce school identity while creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere.

Behind the scenes, the project included infrastructure and equipment upgrades to support long-term operational efficiency, improved staff workflow, and compliance with current food service and health standards. By balancing student experience with operational performance, the renovation delivers a high-impact, cost-effective solution that elevates daily use while positioning Summit High School’s cafeteria as a flexible, future-ready space for both dining and community engagement.
