THE VISION

Del-Co Water Company partnered with Triad to reimagine their Olentangy Campus by creating a new 21,000 SF office workspace, a team training center, and a 4,000 SF distribution garage. This renovation project required a balance of functionality, design consistency, and modern workplace standards — and Triad delivered a full-service architecture and interior design solution to meet those goals.

While the building’s exterior aligns with the campus’s existing architecture, our team introduced expansive glazing to modernize the façade and maximize natural light throughout the workspace. Inside, our integrated interior design team crafted a welcoming and efficient environment, featuring collaborative zones, an open office layout, and thoughtfully detailed finishes that enhance day-to-day employee experience.

At the heart of the project is a second-floor training center, designed as a central hub for ongoing staff development and team engagement. Through construction administration and close coordination with the general contractor, Triad helped keep the project on schedule and responsive to the client’s evolving needs — delivering a space that reflects both the company’s mission and its people.
